I've been wanting to draw my other horses more but can never decide.

MS Cattle Drive Event- Help Wanted

The First MS Event, a little experiment just seeing who would be down to participate before I come up with an actual huge week long event.
So what is it?? Why... It's a Cattle Drive of course!

I know there's a lot of events going on this Summer... for example the Outlaw Trail But I think this event will be fun if enough people enter. If people do i'll be doing a collage of the three days of everyones pictures n such If anything it'll be a cool chance to Rp with my stable, other's stables make new friends... etc. I think a lot of people are so stuck in their own stables and doing single event pictures its hard to know who's who characterwise unless you go searching in each stable. With an event like this I think characters will be able to meet a lot easier
No set deadline yet, for now its just a Summer event still being developed but that'll depend on how many people wanna get involved

Why the hell haven't I done this before??
Well I didn't think anyone would enter
So I need peoples opinions on whether they'd enter or not before I spend my time and put this whole thing together but first!! - check out all the awesomesauce i'm planning
The point?
-Why the point would be to get me back on Deviantart and put Misery Stables back on the map!
-To have some Awesome stories to tell,
-to bring sister stables and potential future sister stables together for Rp's, friendly competition and for overall fun down on the ranch
-To introduce characters and build friendships
- win some awesome prizes
The events!
Events will probably be a mixture of Western and English events for example:
-Roping
-Reining
-Barrels
-Mounted shooting
-Pole Bending
-Breakaway herding
-Endurance
-Harness show off
-Dressage
-Show jumping
-X Country
... and so on
The list may shorten depending on how many people would like to come
Extra fun stuff
I'm thinking a weekend long event filled with barbeques, stakeouts, Cook offs, mini events... and just an overall party/camp out on the ranch.
Other mini events may include:
-auctions
-foal giveaways (you have to catch them of corse)
-Gymkahnas
-foal show off (halter)
-Trail ride with EVERYBODY including swimming
I'm hoping a lot of people will come, even just to enjoy the events, get a change of scenery, meet new people... etc
Now then post a comment if you'd think you'd like to come and dive into the fun Also I'll need people to help with prizes, judging, or just help set up the events (as this is my first rodeo when it comes to setting up a competition )

New RP Idea... Suggestions?

If I made a group to store Ideas and start to put this world together... would any of you be interested in joining /helping /moderating/ suggesting ideas /brainstorming with me?!
As we're all busy and sometimes i'm even late with replies But i don't want to make a group if its going to be empty cause I'm going to have to erase one of my already existing groups in order to do this (probably the Brothel as its pretty unpopular...)
But i'll probably create a folder where people can add suggestions and their ideas to towns, dragon types etc... then these ideas will go under vote or if they're completely awesome beyond anything then they'll be added to the world Also people can start creating their characters for the first round of players
So what do you think? Should I make it
I need suggestions... I'm possibly gona start a new group but before i do I need suggestions on how we should do this
Such as point system? max number of characters? level up of characters? How people pick their dragons, professions?
Cause like i said below, i don't want everyone to be totally ritch, endless funds, everyone's got different dragons and there's no unity...
At the same time I want it to be a community for everyone to have fun that way it doesn't get boring or too competitive (my dragons stronger then your dragon type thing
)
Also how we should start this or set this up...
Start with one town and expand? give everyone the possibility to create their own town with customs and whatnot... or maybe like i said I'll create a map and let a group of people create the towns or should i create the towns... I just want this world to be huge
Same with dragons, I want certain breeds, some rare others common where you have to work up to get the rare ones depending on the rank of your character maybe? or by accomplishing a certain task...
That way everyone doesn't create there own breed and such, not that i don't want people to create breeds? maybe once you get a certain amount of points there will be a possibility of their character discovering (creating) a breed
Also too if there's people that want to just have dragons as their main characters and be co op with other players and their characters to raid towns n such??

Anyone interested in a new Dragon RP?
A new kind of RP, in a world with different cultures, towns, and dragons for your character to ride and go on adventures...
Here's what im thinkin so far...
I want this world to be massive, just like our own.
Set in a midevil/ renessance based culture, think Zelda, How to Train Your Dragon, LotR... etc.
The range can be from early human to early 1800's western civilazation for each town depending on what town/ where they are located.
This means no cars, iphones, toaster ovens...
Now in this world Im thinkin several different towns each with their own indivigual culture and customs, beliefs, types of people, breeds of dragons, enemies, allys, issues, corruption, peaceful times... you get the picture
I'll be comming up with a map with plenty of room for new towns for your character to explore. I think for starters we'll just start with one town and come up with more as we go
You pretty much come up with your character. (adding more such as families or groups of people or even eventually your own town is possible later on I want this RP to be super open to doing whatever the hell you'd like) ... but for starters
You can start as a baby, child or adult. Pretty simple.
Then your character gets a job or goes to school, depending on where they're placed in our world for example a group of nomad gypsies or in a very civalized educated town
You can choose any type of humanoid youd like, plain human, elf, dwarf, etc...
Your character can go through their life doing whatever they'd like with their dragon companion (I'll get to that in a minuite) wether thats working all their life as a Blacksmith, soldier, adventurer, explorer, thief, rancher, dragon breeder/hunter, devoted family member with a secret life... the possibilities are endless
I'm thinking of a point system or something for your character to grow just so everybody isn't rich out their asses with endless funds and catapults... just to make things fair...
Main thing about this world, when it comes to the different cultures, drama, issues etc... are the dragons.
Dragons of all sizes shapes and breeds spread throught our world.
Their uses will range from big evil dragons that capture maidens and tramatize towns to smaller friendlier companion dragons given to your character, or rather depending on thier culture you may have to go out an capture and train your own dragon
Uses for theses dragons are as unique and diverse as the dragons themselves. Some of them are going to make good fighting dragons (good for soldiers), some dragons are going to be smart with the ability of speech (good for mage or wizard assistance), some fast, small, big etc.
Different breeds of dragons will be more rare while others more common meaning your character may have to do something dangerous or courageous to be rewarded these rare dragons.
Again, the possibilities are endless, and i'm still working on it
Now I could use some help in bringing this world to life so if anyone's interested in helping me out or just joining the RP let me know I may start a new group to keep everything together so let me know if this sounds like a good idea

I'm going to keep all my Red Dead Redemption Character info just cause I'm getting a crazy amount of charries and friends from my charries etc So if you want to add your character to be a part of Jesse's gang/friend/ or girls I can put them on here too that will be awesomesauce

*Keep in mind when creating horses for your characters the breeds available at the time in 1800's America, Quarter horses were probally the best horses you could own at the time especially for gangs as they provided the quickest getaway available*

The Brothels
-First is called the CrabHouse, its where all his new girls go, it's not top dollar and the girls arn't treated as such. the doors and windows are barred and locked, preventing any escape, also no weapons are allowed inside. Period. Most of the girls he ownes he's kiddnapped from america. He calls them "his girls" and he may own their bodies and profit off them but he treats them well, actually spoils them greatly and they usually grow on him not to mention they all stay satisfied, as long as they do as he asks. If not they're made examples of. Most girls that come here stay here until they're old enough to retire, only girls that impress Jesse with their looks and profits get moved up to the Buckcherry.
-Next, if the girls are good, they can move up to The Buckcherry Saloon. It's a saloon/whore house so there are weapons allowed and the girls are treated fairly good. Its located at Jesse's hideout outside of El Matadero hidden amoung the rocks and canyons. The girls are free to move about the town and party with Jesse's boys, providing them with excravagant parties as well as the obvious entertainment.
-Finally, only his best girls get to come here, The Rouge. Here they're known as his Angles and he spoils his girls rotten, they get the best makeup, imported lingere from france and are prostituted out to the finest gentlemen for top dollar. It is kinda more set up like the Moulin Rouge in France, as an excravagant and fancy gentlemens club where his girls sing and dance as well as the obvious entertainment, but it is completly underground. The girls are allowed out and some can have their own horses, but only because Jesse trusts these girls and if they disobey that trust they're put back in the CrabHouse... for good.
The Hideout

-Old abandoned mexican style town laying amound the canyons and rocks near El Matadero, hidden perfectly from anyone that the gang finds unwelcome such as bounty hunters and the law. It's basically a ghost town during the day when the searing hot sun is beating down on it but as soon as the night comes it booms with life like none other, the boys party just about every night
Complete with:
-a general store owned by Jingles, he's got an entire oversized basement full with weapons, ammo and guns of every kind
-stockyards behind the bar where they keep all the horses belonging to the gang or horses that they've collected from all the people they've shot, several acres, used to be used to fatten up hundreads of head of cattle for slaughter. Usually sell these horses or use them themselves
-Buckcherry, exclusive girls that's leveled up from the CrabHouse live here. Party with Jesse's boys rather then general public. Taken care of by Ralph and Murial.
-Kitchen, Brookie's haven where she makes the most fantastic food around. This place always smells of ginger and vanilla, Brook hangs the stuff round the porch
-Inn, where most of the boys stay if they arn't already passed out on the street, there's a party just about every night
-Sheriff Office, where they lock up captured marshalls for entertainment
-Doctors Place where the creepy ass Doctah dwells
-The Church, Multi level church where a lot of the partying goes on, Jesse rarely goes in here except on the Day of the Dead party, run down, now the main party/rally point as well as offices for counting wanted posters, and orgy spot
The Rouge
-Jesse's most famous Brothel made of the sexiest girls of their time... everyone calls them his Fallen Angels.
-Hidden among the trees on the Mexican side of Butter Bridge, looks like just a mine entrance because the actual brothel is located in an underground cavern
-Set up similar to the Moulin rouge in France, as a dance hall and gentlemens club. This place is fancy, kings have come just to see the place the shows and the Angels, they've got... they've even got tigers.

-He's just as tough as Jesse, as well as violent with a hair triggered temper, he'll quickly resort to violence in a threatening situation
-Unlike Jesse, he does have a rare, softer friendlier side
-addiction to betraying people (eventually betrays Jesse in the end)

Tobin-Clumsy dork of a man Victoria saved from being beaten to death by Jesse's boys

These characters are either employed at the Hideout and mainly stay there or they jump around the gangs so much there's no permanant place for them. That or they're just friends of the Gang
Charlie -Charlz Tudor (yes he's related to Jessica ^^)
-Insane little steampunk inventor in his 20's

-Lives in underground tent in desert, there's little mechanical spiders running around everywhere

Alice -Comes to america from Brazil and works with Charlie and Raptor as an assistant before Jesse found out about her
-Bombshell, quickly becomes one of Jesse's angels (though she stays with Charlie, actually Swing's sister)

Hank -Chef/doorman of the CrabHouse
-very sweet guy, makes friends with most of the girls
-Usually found sleeping on the front porch with a newspaper over his face

-war vetran from civil war
-Extremly paranoid/ supersticious schizophrenic
-Boys got him a black cat for a laugh, they're always spilling salt and setting up ladders to piss him off

-Old, beer belly sporting the suspenders look
-Jesse's got a lot of trust in him, Ralph and Murial are kind of the parent figures of the gang, even to Jesse though they'd never try an make him angry

-His sister was kidnapped so he joined Jesse's gang to keep watch over her, though his sister tried to escape the CrabHouse upon her horse. Jesse shot them both off a cliff. He made sure Swing stayed in the gang so he didn't go straight to the marshalls. Swing's really quiet about the whole thing...

The Skully Kid -aka Scottie August
-One of Jesse's rivals, kid about 6 years younger then him that runs a similar smaller gang without the brothels
-Secretly looks up to Jesse but tries to outsmart and outwit him at every turn, usually fails as Jesse is always several stepps ahead of him
-Usually found in the Denver area especially up in the mountains
-ruthless, murderous, cunning and quite the little shit as Jesse calls him
-Has an older sister named Maggie August that ownes a sub gang
-their Father was a bigshot train robber out west so they think they deserve the throne along with all the power and respect and they don't like Jesse for having that power
-Prefers to have his boys hold his victems while he slices them with a bowie knife
-somewhat of a germaphobe, likes to stay clean for appreances and gets annoyed when he's gotta roll up his sleeves
-Runs his gang more like an itialian mob using fear to keep his men in line
Maggie girl -girl a few months younger then Jesse that ownes a smaller gang out west along with her brother
-Her and Jesse had a thing back when they were both 16 now they hate each others guts
-along with her brother she's also found around Denver and secretly tries to find Jesse's secret ranch to corrupt his business
-Hates Victoria's guts
-Just to piss Jesse off she likes to take his things like his girls
-Very prissy, high toned voice, always has to have someone else light her cigarette

The Horses

Meet with some of the main horses belonging to the gang that you'll probally come across via RP and stories and such
*Keep in mind when creating horses for your characters the breeds available at the time in 1800's America, Quarter horses were probally the best horses you could own at the time especially for gangs as they provided the quickest getaway available

The Brothels -First is called the CrabHouse, its where all his new girls go, it's not top dollar and the girls arn't treated as such. the doors and windows are barred and locked, preventing any escape, also no weapons are allowed inside. Period. Most of the girls he ownes he's kiddnapped from america. He calls them "his girls" and he may own their bodies and profit off them but he treats them well, actually spoils them greatly and they usually grow on him not to mention they all stay satisfied, as long as they do as he asks. If not they're made examples of. Most girls that come here stay here until they're old enough to retire, only girls that impress Jesse with their looks and profits get moved up to the Buckcherry.
-Next, if the girls are good, they can move up to The Buckcherry Saloon. It's a saloon/whore house so there are weapons allowed and the girls are treated fairly good. Its located at Jesse's hideout outside of El Matadero hidden amoung the rocks and canyons. The girls are free to move about the town and party with Jesse's boys, providing them with excravagant parties as well as the obvious entertainment.
-Finally, only his best girls get to come here, The Rouge. Here they're known as his Angles and he spoils his girls rotten, they get the best makeup, imported lingere from france and are prostituted out to the finest gentlemen for top dollar. It is kinda more set up like the Moulin Rouge in France, as an excravagant and fancy gentlemens club where his girls sing and dance as well as the obvious entertainment, but it is completly underground. The girls are allowed out and some can have their own horses, but only because Jesse trusts these girls and if they disobey that trust they're put back in the CrabHouse... for good.

-Old abandoned mexican style town laying amound the canyons and rocks near El Matadero, hidden perfectly from anyone that the gang finds unwelcome such as bounty hunters and the law. It's basically a ghost town during the day when the searing hot sun is beating down on it but as soon as the night comes it booms with life like none other, the boys party just about every night
Complete with: -a general store owned by Jingles, he's got an entire oversized basement full with weapons, ammo and guns of every kind
-stockyards behind the bar where they keep all the horses belonging to the gang or horses that they've collected from all the people they've shot, several acres, used to be used to fatten up hundreads of head of cattle for slaughter. Usually sell these horses or use them themselves
-Buckcherry, exclusive girls that's leveled up from the CrabHouse live here. Party with Jesse's boys rather then general public. Taken care of by Ralph and Murial.
-Kitchen, Brookie's haven where she makes the most fantastic food around. This place always smells of ginger and vanilla, Brook hangs the stuff round the porch
-Inn, where most of the boys stay if they arn't already passed out on the street, there's a party just about every night
-Sheriff Office, where they lock up captured marshalls for entertainment
-Doctors Place where the creepy ass Doctah dwells
-The Church, Multi level church where a lot of the partying goes on, Jesse rarely goes in here except on the Day of the Dead party, run down, now the main party/rally point as well as offices for counting wanted posters, and orgy spot
The Rouge -Jesse's most famous Brothel made of the sexiest girls of their time... everyone calls them his Fallen Angels.
-Hidden among the trees on the Mexican side of Butter Bridge, looks like just a mine entrance because the actual brothel is located in an underground cavern
-Set up similar to the Moulin rouge in France, as a dance hall and gentlemens club. This place is fancy, kings have come just to see the place the shows and the Angels, they've got... they've even got tigers.
